We really appreciate the AARP volunteers and have used this service for a few years. Our only criticism this year is that even though we made an appointment a month in advance, we had to wait a total of 3 1/2 hours to get through the three steps. We were expecting to be there for about an hour or so. We were unprepared for such a long wait. Thanks.
